• provide short description for every config block/subblock in the header part of the arc.conf.reference

• describe the priority of the various blocks (everything overtakes [common], [queue] -> [cluster] -> [lrms] -> [common]) in the header part of the arc.conf.reference

• describe the "space rules" in the header part of arc.conf.reference

• provide config examples and specify which blocks mandatory for the most typical deployment scenarios

• modify the startup scripts to call the validator

• document and explain the changes for sysadmins
